This page will provide you with information on registering for the 2010/11 hockey season. Two forms of registration are offered.

The credit card administration fee ($14.00) has been waived for this coming season
2010/2011 Fee Structure:
Timit Division - $300.00
ALL Other Divisions - $500.00
Female (U-14) - $149.00 + $51.00 insurance if not registerd in a Division above.
We encourage people to register online and early so planning for the season can take place.

1) In-person: ONE NIGHT ONLY September 9, 2010 from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the Pepsi Centre Meeting Room on the Main Concourse level. Please bring your completed registration form, completed Opt-in and Code of Conduct forms, completed Hockey Canada Medical Info form, copy of MCP card and Birth Certificate (if not already supplied) and cheque or Cash payments.
2) On-line: To register, simply follow the link below, to the registration form. If you are a returning player, you will be asked for your access code or some security questions to obtain the access code. The code will be e-mailed to the e-mail address within the system. Complete the registration and payment forms.
For those paying by Cheque or Cash, complete the online form and bring your payments with a signed code of conduct and Opt-In forms during the open registration night listed above or mail to Corner Brook Minor Hockey Association, Attn: Registrar, P.O. Box 333, Corner Brook, NL A2H 6E3 post dated before September 1, 2010. PLEASE NOTE: YOUR CHILD WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED REGISTERED UNLESS PAYMENT AND OR POST-DATED CHEQUES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED.
Payments can also be received through the secure online form with VISA, MASTERCARD, or DISCOVER CARD. We are not able at this time to accept Interac payments from your chequing or savings accounts....but we are working on it.
